*Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are ever unhappy with any of our services, please call within 12-24 hours. That way we can promptly correct the problem and ensure your happiness.
*Access to Home: Please always remember to make the necessary arrangements for access into your home. This will help us stay on time for our next customer.
*Payments & Returned Checks: Payment is due at the time of cleaning, unless prior arrangements have been made. If there is no payment left and we are unable to contact you, we may not be able to complete your cleaning on that day. If a check is returned for any reason there will be a $10.00 charge, due to bank fee's.
*Scheduling & Cancellations: Please let us know of any schedule changes or cancellations 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations may result in lower income for our techs, as we may not have other work scheduled for them.
*Special Products: All Clear provides all the supplies for the cleaning. However, if there are special products that you would like to use, we ask that they are set out with instructions and we will be happly to use them.
*Wood Floors: All Clear uses a white vinegar and water solution which is perfectly safe for all wood floors. If you prefer another product, simply leave it out and we will be happy to use it.
