In Cleaning New Homes, we offer a stage package, which is charged by the square foot as well as a one time cleaning, which is charged hourly. And of course any job can be customized to fit your particular needs. 

Stage cleaning generally consists of three seperate visits to your site. It is charged by the square foot.

Stage 1 - Initial Clean (usually is done before landscaping or carpet is installed): Windows are thoroughly scraped and wiped down.

Stage 2 Rough Clean (usually is done after sinks & tubs are installed, must have electric and water): Consists of Picking up light debris, scrape and vacuum floors for dust removal, wiping down counter tops, label removal etc...

Stage 3 Final clean (usually is done the day before closing. It's best if we are the last contractor on site) This is when the whole house is detailed, windows, cabinets, floors and everything in between. This is where we make your home shine. It's where everything comes together and it's all been worth it. It's the time where you get to show off all the craftmanship that went into the making of your beautiful new home.
